Bunch Saffron

This is the main and base type of saffron, in which we put together all parts of the saffron flower. In other words, bunch saffron is a set of complete bunches of saffron flowers. Bunch saffron consists of both, style and red-colored stigma. It is also called Red& White in which the red part is about 70% to 75% and the style is about 25% and 30%.

Persian Saffron

Bunch Saffron is called Dasteh Saffron in Persian language. The whole yellowness of saffron or flatmate is used in the packaging of this product. This product is considered as the main type of Persian Saffron among the different types of it because there is a whole compound of Persian saffron in this product and they have been dried together. They are laminated in a one-sided or double-sided manner to sort this combination, and then they are screwed with thread.

Saffron Threads

Saffron threads (filaments) are all vivid crimson color with a slightly lighter orange-red color on the tips. Originally, from the Persian Empire, saffron is a spice derived from the flower of the Crocus Sativus plant. Each flower bears three stigmas. The vivid crimson stigma and styles, called threads, are collected and dried to be used mainly as a seasoning and coloring agent in food. Bunch Saffron contains both saffron stigma and style.
